Our mission is to empower small business founders and purpose-driven entrepreneurs by connecting them with a supportive community and trustworthy resources so they can drive real change together rather than alone.
99% of businesses in the UK are SMEs. 4.2 million of them are small businesses with 1-5 employees. Your business is one of them. You hold more power than you realise. We can’t rely on the big corporations or the government to bring about change. It’s YOU! Your business, your customers, your stakeholders, your products and your message… and we think that’s pretty exciting. But we understand, there isn’t enough information. You want to be part of the solution, but you wonder, how can you grow a business that doesn’t negatively impact people and the planet but still makes a profit? Where do you get funding from? Do you need a team and if you do, how do you go about building one? How do you find and approach people with the right expertise you require? And it’s kind of lonely sometimes, right? Change, real change needs collaboration, community and knowledge.
